Lunch main entrees include: free range homemade chicken nuggets, homemade hamburgers made of grass fed beef, vegetarian coconut curry, fresh vegetables; including vegetables from the garden, quesadillas using low fat cheese, tacos using grass fed beef or free range ground turkey, and much more!
The extensive salad bar includes fresh items such as: lettuce, beets, lentils, hard boiled eggs, feta cheese, garbonzo beans, bell peppers, cauliflower, broccoli, cottage cheese, pineapple, cut corn, and beans. The lentils and beans are cooked in house.
Custom made salads are also offered throughout the school year such as a kale salad with pumpkin seeds and apple slices, and a Caesar salad with parmesan cheese and croutons.
The pasta bar provides an assortment of whole wheat pasta, in house made marinara sauce, baked potatoes, sweet potatoes, steamed rice, grated cheese and parmesan cheese. A feature soup made from scratch is available every other day.
The sandwich bar consists of assorted white, wheat, and raisin bread, bagels, gluten free bread, cold cuts are made from grass fed beef, free range turkey and grass fed pork all cooked in house, peanut butter, jelly, cream cheese, an assortment of yogurt, and fresh toppings and condiments.
The pasta and sandwich bar are available on a daily basis.
