There is no better way to picture yourself at Priory than to visit our scenic 50-acre campus nestled among the redwoods. Throughout the year, we have scheduled programming for students and their parents and caregivers to get a deeper understanding of the Priory way.
In order to sign up for one of our Open Houses, parent tours, student campus visits, or virtual events, you will need to first set up a Ravenna account. Not only will your Ravenna profile be your one-stop-shop for your application, but you will also be able to view and sign up for all of our events through your portal.
Please use an email address that you will keep and have access to in the future, as it will become the email used for event notifications, acceptances, offers, and enrollment contracts. It is advisable to have a separate email for all guardians/parents/adults.
Parents are invited to join a member of the Admission Team for a tour of our campus. We will start our time together in the Performing Arts Center Lobby, located within Father Egon Plaza, directly across from the main parking lot. You will have an opportunity to grab a cup of coffee before we head out to tour our expansive 50-acre campus. This is intended to be a parent-only event.
All events require advance registration through Ravenna.
Woodside Priory's Open Houses are opportunities for students and families to learn about our community. An outdoor, in-person event, families will have an opportunity to meet current families and our faculty in an open-campus setting that allows you to choose your area of interest. Each Open House will begin with a welcome address from Head of School Patrick Ruff and a panel of our current students.

Commonly referred to as a "shadow day," our campus visit is meant to provide an in-depth experience of the Priory community. Your student will spend an entire day paired with a current student and mirror their class schedule for the day. This means that the visiting student may sit in on a test, quiz, or other common coursework, depending on the day. We ask students to bring a book in the event that they are visiting a class that is testing.
All events require advance registration through Ravenna.
If you are a boarding applicant visiting from afar and cannot make one of the scheduled events, please email Nils Leitz, Director of Residential Admissions, at admissions@prioryca.org, and we will ensure that you can see campus!
